1. Service provider and scope
ANC Data Platform is operated by ANNA AND ANCTH DEPARTMENT STORE(THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED. It is a data-collection and reporting tool for ANC operations within the permissions granted. These terms apply to access to the platform, not to product purchases, and do not indicate that Meta has endorsed the app or approved it as a partner.
2. Accounts and access permissions
Users must be authorized by the organization and use their own accounts according to their duties. Having an account does not automatically grant access to every type of data. Keep your sign-in details confidential and notify an administrator if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Appropriate use
Use the system and data for purposes authorized by the organization and in accordance with applicable law and relevant source-service terms. Do not attempt to bypass permissions, access unauthorized accounts or data, export or disclose data to unauthorized persons, disrupt the system, or use data in ways that infringe others’ rights.
4. Meaning and limitations of reports
Reports depend on the completeness, delays, access permissions and definitions of each data source. Before making decisions, users should check the time period, source and data-completeness status. Purchases or ROAS reported by Meta reflect Meta’s conversion attribution; they are not evidence of actual cash receipts or confirmed causal effects.
Conversation, order, return and actual-receipt data may relate to different periods or populations. Verify evidence linking the data before combining it. Missing data does not mean that the value is zero.
5. Content and privacy
Rights in ANC trademarks and company-created content belong to the company or its licensors. Data and content from other services remain subject to their original owners’ rights. Access to the system does not automatically grant permission to publish its data or content externally.
Data processing follows the ANC Data Platform Privacy Policy. Requests concerning data may be sent to admin@ancgroupth.com.
6. Changes and contact
The company may improve the service or restrict access when users’ duties change, or to maintain security and appropriate use. Changes to these terms will display an effective date on this page. Contact admin@ancgroupth.com with service questions or problems. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Summary
ANC Data Platform is an internal reporting service for authorized users. Users must protect their accounts, respect access limits and source-platform terms, and must not disclose business or personal data without authorization. Source reports can be incomplete or delayed.
