1. Scope and responsibility
This policy explains data processing in ANC Data Platform, a system that collects and displays ANC reports for authorized users. The company determines the purposes and methods of using data in this system. This policy does not replace the policies of Meta or other source services and does not set the terms for customers purchasing products.
2. Data processed by the system
Meta data processed within the permissions granted includes identifiers and details of advertising accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads and creatives, together with impressions, clicks, spending and conversion results. It also includes authorized Page and Instagram account data, such as profiles, post content, images, videos, Reels and insights.
Some reports are linked to data from other business systems used by ANC, such as conversations and assigned staff from Pancake, and products, orders and sales statuses from order-management systems. These records may include names, contact details, customer identifiers, conversation content or order details. Not all of this data is provided by Meta.
The website may process user-account information, access permissions, cookies necessary for sign-in, and technical or security logs as required for the service to operate.
3. Purposes of data use
Data is used to report on advertising and content performance, check data quality, analyze connections between ads, conversations and orders, support customer service, and control access or maintain system security. Data is used within the authorized scope and the relevant grounds for processing, such as performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal compliance, or consent where necessary.
4. Access and service providers
Report data is accessible to personnel or operators authorized according to their duties. The system uses providers such as Supabase for databases and authentication, and Cloudflare for the website and access control. Organizational storage and development tools, such as Dropbox and GitHub, may be used for copies or system development, along with analysis tools approved by the organization for the relevant work.
Some providers may process data in other countries. Use must be subject to the providers’ terms, relevant safeguards and applicable law. Internal report data is not made public through this policy page.
5. Retention and security
Data is retained as necessary for its purposes, data type, authorized use and legal obligations. When retention is no longer necessary, data should be deleted or anonymized. Handling backup copies must also take account of storage cycles and system limitations.
Authentication, access restrictions and server-side storage of system credentials are used according to the service design. These measures do not mean that the system is free of all risks.
6. Data rights and requests
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, withdrawal of consent where consent is used, or to exercise other rights under applicable law. The company will verify your identity, your relationship to the data and any exceptions that may apply before informing you of the outcome or requesting further details.

7. Policy updates
