1. Submit a request by email
Email admin@ancgroupth.com with the subject “ANC Data Platform — Data Deletion Request”. Describe which data you want deleted, provide a reply contact and include identifiers needed to locate the data, such as a profile or Page link, business ID, or relevant conversation or order reference. Provide only what is necessary.
Do not send passwords, OTPs, access tokens, payment-card data or identity documents that have not been requested. The company may request suitable additional information to verify your identity or authority over the data.
2. Review and action
The responsible team will review the request, identity, data scope and any legal or claims-related grounds for retention before deleting or anonymizing data as applicable to the request. The team will communicate the outcome or the reasons why the request cannot be completed in full.
Processing time depends on the request type, verification and applicable law. A request does not automatically delete data from every system immediately. You can follow up through the same email thread, referring to your original request.
3. Scope of deletion
This request concerns data that ANC processes in ANC Data Platform and copies under ANC’s responsibility. Backups or logs that must be retained must be handled in accordance with relevant limitations and obligations.
Deleting data from ANC systems does not automatically delete Facebook or Instagram accounts, posts on Meta or data in source-service accounts. To manage accounts or content on a source service, also use that service’s settings or contact channels. Revoking connection permissions alone is not proof that previously stored data has been deleted.
4. Requests from business administrators
If you administer a Page or business asset, identify the relevant assets and your capacity to make the request. Disconnecting a service, deleting an individual’s data and deleting a business dataset have different scopes. The responsible team will review and coordinate action appropriate to your request.
